4. Da li ste zadovoljni svojim napret-
kom posle online obuke i testiranja po ECDL
programu?
ZAKLJUCAK
Online obuka i testiranje zaposlenih
po ECDL standardu su nam omoguili da
doemo do sledeih zakljucaka:
·Uvoenjem
ECDL
standarda
informaticke pismenosti zaposleni u Grad-
skoj upravi Krusevca e efikasnije obavljati
svakodnevne poslove na racunaru, a time
pruziti kvalitetnije i brze servise graanima.
·Polaznici su ocenili ECDL program
obuke kao optimalan u odnosu na potrebe
korisenja racunara na poslu.
·Polaznicima vise odgovara on-
line obuka, bez napustanja radnog mesta,
dostupna 24h.
Iz svega napred navedenog, moze se
izvesti opsti zakljucak da, evropske ECDL
standarde digitalne pismenosti treba uvesti
u sve Gradske uprave u Srbiji.
CONCLUSION
The online training and testing of
employees according to the ECDL standard
have helped us come to the following
conclusions:
·ByimplementingtheECDLstandard
for digital literacy, the employees of the City
Government of Krusevac will perform their
every-day jobs on computers more efficiently,
providing more quality and faster services to
the citizens.
·The candidates rated the ECDL
training programme as optimal compared to
the needs of using computers in work.
·The candidates prefer the online
training, without leaving their work places,
and it is available 24 hours a day.
From the above mentioned, we can say
that European ECDL standards for digital
literacy can be implemented into all City
Governments in Serbia.
