Dear readers,

In the conditions of ever increasing globalization,

regional cooperation based on common interests and

needs is becoming more important. We dedicated

special attention to it in this issue of InfoReview,

magazine for business communication. Here are a few

examples:

Within the regular activities on further development

of regional cooperation, Republic Fund for Pension

and Disability Insurance of Serbia

, in March

2014, conducted special expert visits to the Croatian

Pension Insurance Institute in Zagreb, Fund for

Pension and Disability Insurance of the Republic of

Srpska in Bjeljina, and German Pension Fund, while

a special delegation will travel to Brussels as a part of

preparations of the Republic of Srpska for upcoming

European integrations.

The cross-border and transnational cooperation

programmes provide support to institutions and

organizations in border areas of neighbouring countries

with the aim of promoting cooperation solving

common challenges, and improvement of life in often

underdeveloped and hard-to-reach environments. The

programme South East Europe is one of the most

diversified and complex transnational cooperation

programmes in Europe.

Within the project "ECDL � For Digital

Montenegro"

, funded by the European Union and

conducted through the IPA 2011 programme, the

certificates were handed out to education workers in

Podgorica. The initiators and partners of the project

were the Ministry of Education and Ministry for

Information Society and Telecommunications, and

the activity holders were the ECDL Foundation and

Regional ECDL Office.

Postovani citaoci,

U uslovima sve izrazenije globalizacije, regionalna

saradnja zasnovana na zajednickim interesima i

potrebama, dobija sve vise na znacaju. Njoj smo

posvetili posebnu paznju u ovom izdanju InfoReview,

casopisa za poslovne komunikacije. Evo i nekoliko

primera:

U sklopu redovnih aktivnosti na daljem unapreenju

regionalne saradnje, Republicki fond za penzijsko

i invalidsko osiguranje Srbije

, u toku marta

meseca ove godine, obavio je posebne strucne posete

Hrvatskom mirovinskom zavodu u Zagrebu, Fondu

za penzijsko i invalidsko osiguranje Republike Srpske

u Bijeljini i Nemackom penzijskom fondu, a posebna

delegacija e otputovati u Brisel u sklopu priprema

Republike Srbije za predstojee evrointegracije.

Programi prekogranicne i transnacionalne saradnje

pruzaju podrsku institucijama i organizacijama

u pogranicnim oblastima susednih drzava radi

unapreenja saradnje, resavanja zajednickih izazova

i poboljsanja zivota u cesto nerazvijenim i tesko

dostupnim sredinama. Program Jugoistocna Evropa

jedan je od najraznovrsnijih i najslozenijih programa

transnacionalne saradnje u Evropi.

U okviru projekta "ECDL � za digitalnu Crnu

Goru,"

koji finansira Evropska unija a sprovodi

se kroz program IPA 2011, uruceni su sertifikati

prosvetnim rednicima u Podgorici. Inicijatori

i partneri u realizaciji projekta su Ministarstvo

prosvjete i Ministarstvo za informaciono drustvo i

telekomunikacije, a nosioci aktivnosti su, ECDL

fondacija i Regionalna ECDL kancelarija.
