promovisanja inovacije. On je takoe pot-
vrdio da e Evropska komisija dati veu
podrsku slobodnim resursima u obrazo-
vanju.
Govorei na uvodnoj sesiji na ON-
LINE EDUCA BERLIN 2013, vodeoj ev-
ropskoj konferenciji o obrazovanju uz
podrsku tehnologije, predsednik Barroso je
izjavio da nova inicijativa Evropske komisije
pod nazivom Opening up Education pred-
stavlja ,,poziv za reakciju svih drzava clanica
Evropske unije i njihovih obrazovnih insti-
tucija u obliku revidiranja svojih strategija i
obrazovnih modela kako bi postale promo-
teri inovacija".
On je izjavio:
,,Evropska komisija je na svojoj strani
pokrenula brojne inicijative kako bi podrzala
obrazovne institucije drzava clanica, kao sto
je na primer objavljivanje obrazovnog ma-
terijala iz programa Erasmus-plus putem
slobodnih licenci."
ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN 2013, najvea globalna konferencija o e-ucenju za
korporativni, obrazovni i sektor javnih usluga, odrzan je u Berlinu od 4. do 6.
decembra 2013. godine. U sklopu konferencije, paralelno je odrzano preko
100 sesija uz veliki broj prilika za ostvarivanje kontakata, dok je sajamski pros-
tor zauzelo preko 90 meunarodnih izlagaca.

the corporate, education and public service sectors, took place in Berlin, 4 -
6 December, 2013. The conference featured over 100 parallel sessions and
an abundance of networking opportunities, as well as an extensive exhibition
area featuring over 90 international exhibitors.

Opening Plenary addressed three vital trends
in modern e-learning: big data, psychology +
technology and leadership.
The President of the European
Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, announced
a "call for action" for EU countries to promote
innovation. He also confirmed that the
European Commission will provide more
support for open resources in education.
Speaking at the opening session of
ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN 2013, Europe's
leading conference on technology-assisted
learning, President Barroso said that the
European Commission's new initiative
`Opening Up Education' is "a call for action for
member states of the EU and their educational
institutions to revisit their strategies and
educational models to become promoters of
innovation."
He said that:
"The European Commission is, on its
side, taking a number of initiatives to support
member states, educational institutions, like
ensuring that educational materials furthered
through the Erasmus-plus programme become
publicly accessible through open licenses."
